In Bactabío we have several product lines for the food industry, all designed and manufactured in our facilities in Girona.

Our main lines of products are starter cultures for applications in the meat and the dairy industries. Within this product line we include our starters with strains that exhibit Salmonella and Listeria inhibitory properties in fermented dry sausages.
